This Privacy Policy explains what information Little Gambit collects and how it is used. Little Gambit is a product of the sole proprietorship trading as "Miniwright", based in Israel, who operates the Service and is the data controller for the information described here. For purchases, PayPal acts as a separate, independent controller of your payment data.

Information we collect

• Account details: the email address you sign up with. Little Gambit accounts are held in a separate account pool from miniwright.com.
• Content you submit: the piece drawings you make, the photos you upload (which may show identifiable people or pets), and the 3D sculpts generated from them. By uploading a photo of a person you confirm you have their permission (or are their parent/guardian). Photos are used only to generate your pieces and are stored with your set; contact us to have a photo and its sculpts deleted.
• Payment information: payment is handled by PayPal. We receive limited transaction details (confirmation, amount, a payer reference) but never your full card or bank details.
• Usage data: basic, aggregate information about how the Service is used.

How we use it

To provide the Service (generating, storing, and delivering your set), manage your account and purchases, keep the Service secure, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising, and we do not use your private Inputs or Outputs to train models for unrelated purposes.

Service providers

The Service runs on the same infrastructure as Miniwright and shares its providers:

• Google: AI image processing for the drawings you submit.
• 3D generation partners: turn your processed drawings into sculpts.
• Cloudflare: hosting and object storage for your files.
• PayPal: payment processing, as an independent controller (see the PayPal Privacy Statement).

Retention, transfers & your rights

We keep your account information while your account is active; some intermediate files are deleted automatically and regenerated on demand. Our providers may process data in other countries; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Email hello@miniwright.com and we'll honor reasonable requests promptly.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
